Hobe Sound, and 3 pm at Elisabeth Lahti Library, 15200 SW Adams Ave,
Indiantown, representatives from the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum will give a presentation on Native American culture and customs, specifically regarding the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Attendees will gain greater sensitivity for the history and struggle of the Seminole Tribe of Florida and how they might better carry the message of our local heritage. This presentation is in partnership with Journey Stories.

Nestled in the heart of the Everglades on the Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation, the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Seminole Indian Museum is home to more than 30,000 unique artifacts, archival items and experiences. There, one can learn about the Seminole people and their rich cultural and historical ties to the Southeast and Florida, as they have made Big Cypress their home for more thousands of years.
