Join Martin County Library System staff as they guide teens in crocheting amigurumi creations at the Hoke Library, 1150 NW Jack Williams Way, Jensen Beach, on Friday, July 26 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. The event is free and open for kids ages 12 and up. Registration is limited and required by calling 772-463-2870.

Amigurumi is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small stuffed animals or dolls that have oversized heads or limbs, undersized bodies and exaggerated expressions. Participants need to know how to chain stitch, single crochet and securely finish a piece.
