Geocaching enthusiast Josh Liller will present an illustrated talk on the popular outdoor scavenger hunt game on Friday, April 19 at 4:00 p.m. at the Robert Morgade Library, 5851 S.E. Community Drive on the Chastain Campus of Indian River State College, Stuart.  A question and answer period will follow the presentation. A part of National Library Week, the event is free and open to the public.

Geocaching is a high-tech treasure hunting game played by adventure seekers equipped with GPS devices. Geocachers seek out hidden containers (geocaches) in a wide variety of locations with the aid of a GPS device or GPS-capable smartphone, GPS coordinates and clues obtained from websites dedicated to the game. With almost 2 million geocaches hidden worldwide, the hobby is fun for all ages. Liller has been geocaching for more than three years and is a member of South Florida Geocaching as well as the Cachepalooza Crew, which hosts an annual geocaching event at Jonathan Dickinson State Park in Hobe Sound.
