Butch Harrison entertains and entices audiences to discover Florida’s history

Blake Library to host Butch Harrison presentation Florida Cracker Storyteller on Feb. 16

By telling colorful stories about the REAL Florida, Butch Harrison entertains and entices audiences to read and discover the state’s history, dating back to early settler life. Harrison’s presentation Florida Cracker Storyteller will take place on Saturday, February 16 at 10:30 a.m. at the Blake Library in the John F. Armstrong Wing. All ages are welcome. Copies of Harrison’s DVD, with public performance rights, will be available.

A part of the Martin County Library System’s Chautauqua South arts and education series, the event is sponsored by the Friends of the Martin County Library System, Inc. and is free and open to the public. The Blake Library is located at 2351 SE Monterey Rd., Stuart.
