Join Marybeth Peña, RN, BSN, CDE, for some tips on how to prevent type 2 diabetes by making healthy lifestyle

choices and reading food labels Wednesday, January 9 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the Elisabeth Lahti Library, 15200 SW Adams Avenue, Indiantown. Adults and their children are invited to bring food labels from foods they commonly eat and find out if they are eating wisely.

Funded by the Friends of the Martin County Library System, Inc., the program is free and open to the public.
