Six-Session Hoke Library Women in Literature Book Discussion Group Begins Jan. 19

WHO:             Friends of the Hoke Library in Jensen Beach, in support of the Martin County Library System


WHAT:           Women in Literature Part X 2012

Women in Literature Part X, a six-session book study group facilitated by Gail Johnson, will take place 2:00 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. the first and third Thursdays, January 19 through March 29 at the Hoke Library in Jensen Beach. 


Among the questions addressed during this series are:  What characterizes women characters?  How are they different from male characters?  Are gender differences cultural or biological?  What kinds of plots are associated with women, and how do they see their lives and possibilities?


A limited number of books are available at the Circulation desk of the library.  Signup is not required.
