Elementary Age Kids Will Dig This Archaeology Program–It Involves Chocolate Chip Cookies!

WHAT:            Children’s Summer Reading Program


The Great Chocolate Chip Cookie Excavation

Presented by the Florida Public Archaeology Network


Using a medium that all kids love (cookies!), this activity teaches students

 the basic skills and methodology behind the science of archaeology.


For elementary age children.


 WHEN:           Wednesday, August 10, 4:00-5:00 p.m.


WHERE:          Elisabeth Lahti Library, Community Room, 15200 S.W. Adams Avenue,



HOW:              Free and open to elementary age children.  No registration needed.
