Longtime Music Man to Present Summer Serenade at Blake Library August 4

WHO:             The Friends of the Blake Library in Stuart, Inc., sponsor, in support of Martin County libraries


WHAT:           Summer Serenade

Presented by Dick McMeekin 


Singer, composer and pianist Dick McMeekin will present a one-hour

concert Thursday, August 4 at 2:00 p.m. at the Blake Library in Stuart. 

The program is free and open to the public.  No tickets or reservations



Dick McMeekin has appeared nationally on stage, radio and television and

also internationally, as reflected in his repertoire. He has performed with

Phyllis Diller and Hal Linden and made appearances on the Ed Sullivan

Show, NBC’s Stars in Khaki and Blue as a five-time repeat winner, and

with Roy Shields and the NBC Orchestra on his own half-hour music

program from Radio City Music Hall. You’ll delight in this lifelong

 entertainer’s virtuosity and amusing quips and anecdotes.
