Theater duo to bring Grimm’s fairy tales to life


WHO:             The Friends of the Elisabeth Lahti Library of Indiantown, Florida, Inc., sponsor

WHAT:           The Fairy Tales of Grimm

Atlantic Coast Theatre for Youth

Atlantic Coast Theatre for Youth will present “The Fairy Tales of Grimm” 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 1 at the Elisabeth Lahti Library, 15200 SW Adams Avenue, in Indiantown.  Geared to grades K-5, the performance is free and open to the public. 

Tales such as “The Bremen Town Musicians,” “Rapunzel,” Hansel and Gretel” and “Snow White” come to the stage in the classical 19th-century theatrical style of melodrama.  Look for lots of laughs and audience participation.  Children will be able to ask the actors questions after the program.

Central Florida based Atlantic Coast Theatre for Youth, led by education director Noel Holland and artistic director Don Gruel, tours year-round and nationwide, producing imaginative live theatrical productions.
