Six-Session Book Study Group, Women in Literature Part XII, Runs Feb. 23-March 30 at Blake Library

WHO:                    Friends of the Blake Library in Stuart, Inc., in support of the Martin County Library System

WHAT:                 Women in Literature Part XII 2011

Jeri Butler, Kim Carvel and Gail Johnson will share leadership of the six-session book study group Women in Literature Part XII 2:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m. Wednesdays from February 23 through March 30 in the John F. Armstrong Wing of the Blake Library, 2351 SE Monterey Road, Stuart.

Sets of books are available in limited quantities at the Circulation desk of the library.  The sessions are free and open to the public and signup is not required. 

Among the questions to be addressed during this series are:  What characterizes women characters?  How are they different from male characters?  Are gender differences cultural or biological?  What kinds of plots are associated with women, and how do they see their lives and possibilities?
