Teens, Experiment with Making Ice Cream!

Martin County Library System Teen Summer Reading Program

SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM

                                        

Eating ice cream is delicious.  Making it is very easy.  Come to the library and learn in a funny experiment how milk, sugar, salt and ice can become creamy ice cream and why the famous ice pop expands from liquid to frozen.  While you’re enjoying your ice cream find out some other interesting facts about water.

For students entering 6th through 12th grades.
