Cummings Library presents Jazzercise for boys and girls 6 and up July 23

WHAT:                                 Martin County Library System Children’s Summer Reading Program

 

                                    Jazzercise for Kids

                                                Presented by Jeanette Mazzella

Jeanette Mazzella, Jazzercise instructor, will focus on teaching the children some simple movements in this 45-minute program. She will begin with body stretches and then some basic strength movements. The children will then use these movements to dance to a junior choreographed routine. Jeanette will also do a brief FUN presentation on nutrition with the children involved. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity and fun!

WHERE:                              Cummings Library, Donahue Room, 2251 SW Matheson Avenue, Palm City

HOW:                                    Free.  Open to boys and girls ages 6 and up.
