Elementary Age Children Can Participate in June 26 African Drum Circles at Three Martin Libraries

WHAT:                 Martin County Library System Children’s Summer Reading Program

African Drum Circles

Presented by Steve Turner

Drummer Steve Turner will present interactive African Drum Circles at three Martin County libraries Saturday, June 26:  Hobe Sound Public Library at 10:00 a.m., the Blake Library at 1:00 p.m., and the Elisabeth Lahti Library at 4:00 p.m.  The programs are free and open to the public.  For elementary age children. 

Drum, sing, laugh and dance with Steve Turner of Giving Tree Music as he teaches simple hand techniques, traditional African rhythms and songs, and improvisational drumming.  A fun and educational program!
