What is a Healthy Brain and How Can I Keep it That Way?

WHAT: Maintaining a Healthy Brain
Presented by the Alzheimer’s Association Southeast Florida Chapter
& Memory Disorder Center at St. Mary’s Medical Center
Jackie Miller, LCSW, and Donna True, LCSW, will present “Maintaining a Healthy Brain” 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9 at the Robert Morgade Library in Stuart and 2:00 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10 at the Hoke Library in Jensen Beach.
This illustrated, interactive program will help you recognize normal and abnormal memory traits. Risk factors for brain health will be explored, as well as ways to protect the brain.
A question and answer period follows each talk. The events are free and open to the public.
